Our client aimed to evaluate several sustainability claims on various dimensions to understand the consumers' perception of sustainability and identify the most relevant, convincing, and motivating claims for their hair care brand products in United Arab Emirates and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In this project, we use our propriety approach, Claim Creator Model, enables us to deeply understand consumers' behaviour and reached category decision makers.
